What this site collects.
Short version: two forms, the details you type into them, and nothing else that identifies you. No advertising trackers, no data sold on, no profile built about you.
The forms
Two pages on this site collect information: Book a demo and Request a Custom App. Both ask for your name, work email and company, which we cannot reply without, and then a set of optional questions about your team and what you need.
What you send goes to our own systems and is used to reply to you. It is not passed to an advertising network, sold, or added to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to be subscribed to.
Stopping spam
Every public form is a target for automated submissions, so two things are checked when you submit. The form carries a hidden field that people never see and never fill in; anything that fills it is treated as automated. And the number of submissions from one network address is limited over time.
For that limit we store a one-way hash of the address, not the address itself. It lets us count submissions from one source without knowing, or being able to work out, what that source is.
What this site does not do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of what you submit.
- No account is created by filling in a form.
- No cookie banner, because there is nothing here that needs consent.
The product is separate
This page covers this website. The StaffIntra workspace application handles employee data on behalf of the organizations that use it, under separate terms with those organizations. If you are an employee asking how your own workplace data is handled, your employer is the right place to ask, and they can ask us.
Getting your data removed
Email support@staffintra.com and ask. If you have sent us a form and would rather we did not keep it, say so and it goes.
